Сказка на английском языке "Fluffy"

Fluffy Once   upon   a   time   lived   an   old   king   and   his   two   daughters.   His   younger daughter's name was Regina. Regina was a spoiled child who used to get anything she wanted. The girl was cruel and destroyed everything she touched. Her older sister, Cordelia, was her opposite. She was kind, honest, hard­working and very clever. Cordelia was a wise princess who was going to become a queen. Nevertheless the old king loved Regina more. He let her do anything she desired. Not far away from the castle was a thick forest where lived fantastic beasts and animals. In a big clearing in the wood lived a group of rabbits. One of them was the fluffiest and the smallest. He was so tiny and cute that everybody loved him. Bears, foxes and wolves didn't want to eat him. But one day something terrible happened to Fluffy. Once Regina saw Cordelia playing with the most adorable rabbit she had ever seen. She wanted the rabbit to be hers. When Cordelia went away, Regina stole Fluffy and put him into a small dark box. Fluffy was so scared. He cried for help. Regina had no pity for the Rabbit. Everything she wanted was to play with him. The girl dressed him like a doll, made him dance and did not feed Fluffy. Finally Fluffy died, he could not support such tortures. Cordelia saw that Regina was holding something in a small box and took it from he to see what was inside of it. When she saw Fluffy, she gave a loud cry and burst into tears. Her little fluffy friend was dead and it was Regina who had killed him. Regina ran away. Cordelia took Fluffy’s body and went to her old friend, an old magician who lived in the forest and was the only one who could bring animals from the dead. The magician saw Fluffy and began to cry. He could save the rabbit but Cordelia had to make a sacrifice. She had to leave her family and kingdom and leave her throne to Regina. The girl made up her mind without hesitation. Cordelia was ready to do everything she had to and save Fluffy’s life.     The magician brought Fluffy from the dead. The rabbit was so happy. He couldn’t believe that someone could love him as much as Cordelia did. “You will never be a queen”, said the magician. “Fluffy’s life is more important than any kingdom.”, answered  the girl. The magician smiled.   Only he knew that in three days the kingdom   would   be destroyed.  As for Cordelia and Fluffy…they lived happily ever after…  Anna Glazkova
