Цель: формирование коммуникативной компетенции учащихся в рамках коммуникативной ситуации урока «Вода- источник жизни»

Прогнозируемый результат урока: предполагается, что к окончанию урока учащиеся смогут вести диалог-расспрос в объеме не менее 8 реплик на каждого собеседника в рамках коммуникативной ситуации урока «Вода- источник жизни»

Задачи (для учителя):
• Образовательные: способствовать совершенствованию умения извлекать необходимую информацию из текста и видео
• Развивающие: способствовать развитию логики и памяти у обучаемых и овладению основными способами мыслительной деятельности (сравнение, анализ, обобщение);
• Воспитывающие: способствовать формированию ответственного и бережливого отношения к природным ресурсам

Задачи (для обучаемых): применить знания, умения и навыки в незнакомой ситуации, опираясь на личный опыт

Методы: коммуникативный, интерактивный, игровой
Принципы: коммуникативной направленности, коммуникативной деятельности, адекватности, активности, принцип связи с жизнью
Применяемые формы деятельности: фронтальная, индивидуальная, парная, групповая
Концептуальная идея урока: идея включенного участия

You know, the older I am the more I think about future. I think about my kids and about the world we’re going to leave them. I’m concerned about nature and recently I’ve joined our Soligorsk department of Minsk Regional Committee of Water Protection. What do you think they deal with? (e.g. water, water protection, water pollution)

That’s true, they work with all water issues in our region. And they also have some educational projects. I’ve decided it’ll be a good idea if you take part in one of their projects and sent your applications to the headquarters of the committee. 2.     Целеполагание и актуализация(4 минуты)

So, you’ve got an opportunity to try yourselves as members of our Call Center stuff and my task is to provide you with all the necessary information on water consumption and you’ll also have some practice of communication to decide whether this is your cup of tea. 3.     Операционно-познавательный этап(15 минут)

And we’re going on. Do you know what call center operators do? (e.g. communicate with people, answer questions, ….) (слайд 4)

What do you need for a successful communication? (e.g. knowledge, be polite, be attentive, speak clearly, …)

What worries people when they phone us?

Our specialists have processed the questions asked to our staff and figured out two most popular of them:

-Why do I pay so much for water supply?

-What can I do to reduce my payments?

These questions are interdependent and answers are evident. Do you agree? (e.g. you use too much water and if you want to pay less you should save it)

How can we save water? I’ve prepared the lists of recommendations and I’ll give them to you. Your task is to look them through and divide the tips into 2 groups: indoor tips and outdoor tips.

4.     Организационно-деятельностный этап(18 минут)

Now you know a lot about water consumption. Let’s find out how water efficient are your habits. I’ll give you the questions and you’re to ask them to your groupmates. Then we’ll discuss the answers(опрос)

What do you feel now, when you know how much water you waste?

Do you regret you didn’t think about it before? As for me, I do.

If I’d started saving water years ago, I’d saved tons of water. (on the board)

Follow the model and express your regret. Take cards, read the tips to your partners and use Conditional 3 to speak about past actions. (two lines)

We’ve got acquainted with water saving tips. Do you have any questions left?

I think you’re quite ready to have some practice. You’ll be divided into pairs. One of you is a call center operator, the other one is a person who has some problems with water consumption. Make up your dialogues and try to find solutions to the problems.
