Recycling is a technology that helps protect the environment and cut down on usage of raw materials. The steel, paper and glass industries recycle a lot. The largest recycler is the steel industry. It recovers more than 70 per cent of its original materials. For example, since 1988 they have produced the majority of new metal cans from old ones. Metal parts for cars and planes are other examples of recycling steel. Fragments of waste glass are widely used in construction. For producing writing paper and pens, used packing boxes are an ideal material. They are cheap and easy to recycle. Nowadays more and more recycling centres are appearing in our towns and cities.

You are going to give a talk about keeping fit. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and will speak for not more than 2 minutes.

Remember to say:

o   why a healthy lifestyle is more popular nowadays;

o   what you do to keep fit;

o   what sports activities are popular with teenagers in your region

I’d like to give a talk about keeping fit because it’s an interesting and actual topic in our life.

A healthy lifestyle is more popular nowadays for many reasons. Firstly, people try to get fit because everybody wants to live a long full life. Secondly, living a healthy lifestyle helps people soon get in shape and feel great. Finally, if you are fit and healthy you will have better job opportunities.

I think there are a number of easy ways to keep fit and stay healthy. As for me, I try to exercise regularly, follow a balanced diet and sleep 7 or 8 hours a day. Moreover, I avoid bad habits, such as smoking because it makes teeth yellow and skin unhealthy.

A lot of indoor and outdoor sports are in demand with teenagers in my region. In summer football is very popular because you can play it almost anywhere. In winter teenagers like going in for skiing and ice - skating because these sports activities make people feel energetic.

All in all, it is very important to keep fit because good health is above wealth.

Nowadays solar energy is widely used as an alternative form of power. Solar panels transform the energy from the sun into electricity. The first plane that does not need fuel was constructed in France in 2015. It uses only the sun's energy. The panels are placed on the huge wings of the plane. It doesn’t fly very fast. Solar energy can make the plane move at only 140 miles an hour. However, the plane is able to travel round the world. It is safe and can successfully cross areas of bad weather. In the future, engineers hope to construct a model that people can fly in. Our dream of environmentally friendly transport may come true very soon. Would you like to take a flight on the solar plane?

We are always told that we should clean our teeth regularly to keep them healthy and to have fresh breath. It is believed that people started using a kind of paste to clean their teeth around 5000 years ago. However, the ingredients of these tooth powders were very different from ours. For example, the people of ancient Egypt used salt, mint, dried flowers and pepper to create tooth powder. Later, in the 18th century, in some countries in Europe, people brushed their teeth with burnt bread. The first toothpaste appeared in 1890, in Great Britain. At first it was sold in jars. Then special tubes were designed to make the toothpaste more comfortable to use.

Do you know why it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter? Most people believe that it is because the Earth is closer to the Sun in the summer and farther from it in the winter. But it is not like this at all! In fact, the distance between the Earth and the Sun is largest in July and smallest in January! Scientists suggest that the reason for different summer and winter temperatures is the angle of the Sun’s rays. In the summer, the rays reach the Earth almost at a right angle. Due to this, the rays are not spread out and a smaller area of the planet's surface gets the energy. In the winter, the angle changes and the Sun’s rays are spread out over a larger area. Besides this, the long nights and short days do not give enough time for the land to warm up.

You are going to give a talk about pets. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and will speak for not more than 2 minutes.

Remember to say:

o        why people keep pets;

o        what pets are most popular in big cities;

o        whether having pets is a big responsibility, and why.

I’d like to give a talk about pets because this topic is quite interesting and actual today.

People keep pets for many reasons. Firstly, a pet can give you pleasure and amusement. Secondly, a pet can change your life and make it more interesting. And finally, if you give your pet a little love and attention, you will have a friend for life.

I think the most popular pets in big cities are goldfish because they are quiet and they don’t eat a lot, so they are cheap to keep. Hamsters are wonderful pets, too. They are small and cute and don’t need much attention. Cats also make great companions for people in big cities because they are playful and are easy to look after.

Today people have busy routines and we don’t have time to care for our pets. But we should always  remember that having pets is a big responsibility. You can’t leave them alone all day because they need to have company. You also have to buy food for them, feed your pets regularly and take them to the vet when they are ill.

In conclusion, I think that having a pet at home makes you feel happy and relaxed.

There are different kinds of robots which are used in different industries. Most of them are operated with the help of a computer program. Instead of humans, robots do hard and boring work in unpleasant or dangerous environments. They usually work faster and more accurately than people. They never get tired and do not make mistakes. Nowadays robots are often used for domestic needs  to clean houses or to look after sick and elderly people. Scientists say that soon robots will become a normal part of our life, like mobiles and computers today.

We also buy gifts for our relatives. Then, we prepare our houses. We clean them from top to bottom. After that, we decorate the New Year tree with tinsel, baubles and fairy lights. On the evening of December 31 st we invite our relatives, and we eat a big dinner together. When the Kremlin clock strikes twelve we wish each other «Happy New Year!». Soon after midnight we play party games or go into the city to watch magnificent fireworks in the streets. The city is decorated with lanterns and it’s very busy. Everyone has fun and feels happy.

Nowadays people can’t imagine their kitchen without a refrigerator. The first refrigerators appeared at the end of the 18th century. They looked different: they were just iceboxes. The refrigerators of the past were just wooden boxes, sometimes lined inside with metal. People put ice into the box and then placed the food inside to keep it cool. The refrigerator, similar to the one that we have now, was produced by General Electric in 1911, in France. It was very expensive. In those days, with the same money you could buy two cars. Today, in developed countries almost every family has enough money to buy a refrigerator for their kitchen. It’s hard to imagine how difficult and uncomfortable our lives would be without a refrigerator.

You are going to give a talk about the Internet. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and will speak for not more than 2 minutes.

Remember to say:

o   why using the Internet is so popular;

o   how the Internet can help students in their studies;

o   whether the Internet can be dangerous, and why.

I’d like to give a talk about the Internet because it’s an interesting and actual topic in our life.

The Internet is so popular nowadays because it has got something for everyone. For example, my mum uses the Internet to buy clothes online.  She likes shopping online because it’s cheap and easy. My dad uses the Internet to send e-mails. He writes e-mails for work and to his friends. I use the Internet to get information. It helps me with my homework. In my free time I like sharing photos with my friends and downloading movies. (downloading some music, playing games)

We use the Internet a lot at school. We have a big computer room. We have computer classes. In our computer class we learn how to write computer programs. We also use the Internet in our English class to watch videos in English. We sometimes use the Internet in art class, too. We learn how to make our own websites. And we also use the Internet in our history class. We go online and find information. I like the Internet. It is very useful.

On the other hand, the Internet can be dangerous. Firstly, you  need to have antivirus software to protect your computer. Secondly, you should take care what information you share and with whom because there are many dishonest people on social networking sites who can even steal money from you. Moreover, you shouldn’t spend too much time sitting in front of the computer screen. This is very unhealthy and, as a result, you may become overweight.

In conclusion, I would like to say that, if you are careful, the Internet can be a great form of entertainment and communication.

Without the energy from the Sun, the Earth would have no life at all. Nowadays everyone knows that the Sun is a star. Like all stars, the Sun is a great burning ball of gases. To us, it seems large and red. The other stars look white or light blue because they are much farther from us than the Sun. In the past, many people believed that the Earth was the centre of the universe. They thought that the Sun and the stars went round it. Only in 1543, a great Polish scientist published a book in which he tried to prove a different point of view. According to him, the Earth and the other planets moved round the Sun. Those people who supported the scientist were often imprisoned and even killed.

When did you get your first mobile phone?

I got my first mobile phone when I was 8 years old.

(I was about 16 when I got my first mobile phone. Actually, I didn’t buy it. It was a gift from my parents when I finished my exams at school.)

What do you usually use your mobile for?

Mobile phones have now become an important part of our daily lives. Firstly, I use  my mobile phone for communication. For example, I can keep in touch with my parents. Secondly, mobile phones are an excellent way for teenagers to maintain friendships. For instance, I can phone my friends or send a text message to swap news or wish happy birthday.

(My phone is important because I use it for everything, calling, texting, keeping in touch with friends in other countries and many other things as well as playing games sometimes just to amuse myself. I would be lost without it.)

How do you feel when you forget your mobile phone at home?

I love my mobile phone, I don’t go anywhere without it. So, when I forget it at home I feel nervous.

Do you think it’s right that mobile phones are not allowed at some schools?

I think it’s right that mobile phones are not allowed at some schools because it helps students to focus on lessons.(I think the school should have a policy for mobile phones to avoid children being inattentive in the classroom. Students shouldn't be permitted to have their phones on when they are in lessons, but be allowed to use them between classes and in breaktime.)

In what places would you recommend people to switch off their phones? Why?

In my opinion, you should switch off your mobile phone at theatres, cinemas or concert halls as their ringing may prevent people from enjoying the performance or film.

 How can mobiles harm your health?

Some people claim that overuse of mobile phones could be dangerous for people’s health. In particular, they are worried that radiation from mobiles could cause cancer.

(To avoid possible health problems we should always remember how to use our mobile phones wisely. We should send fewer text messages or use different fingers when you text or we can get thumb arthritis. We should clean our mobile phones properly or we can get a skin infection, acne or a rash.)

You are going to give a talk about travelling. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and will speak for not more than 2 minutes.

Remember to say:

o         why most people like travelling;

o         which season is the best for travelling in your opinion;

o         what means of transport is the best, and why.

I’d like to give a talk about travelling because this topic is part and parcel of our life.

Travelling is a popular pastime and people travel for different reasons. Firstly, some people want to see other countries and continents, meet unique people and take in the local traditions. Secondly, travelling is a good way to study geography and practise foreign languages. Moreover, by travelling you can experience adventure, enjoy your favourite sport and get away from your daily routine.

 Some people like snow, some people like rain, but I love the sun! That’s why my favourite season for travelling is summer.  I can spend most of my free time at the beach swimming, lying in the sun and playing different games. Besides, I like snorkelling because you can see so many fascinating kinds of fish underwater.

(Since I really can’t stand the heat, I like travelling in winter, when I can go to the mountains. My family and I often stay in a log cabin and go skiing on the slopes. We also like to go trekking on the nature trails and catch a glimpse of wildlife. If we have time we also go climbing.)

(In my opinion, spring is the best time for travelling, especially abroad. In March and early April European cities and towns are already full of flowers whereas in Russia we still have snow on the ground.)

(I think autumn is especially good for travelling because nature is full of bright colours. It’s a great time to visit and explore ancient Russian towns. Besides, autumn is a wonderful time for going to the country because there are a lot of mushrooms and berries in the forest.)

As for me, I like travelling and I travel quite a lot. I like all means of transport, but my favourite one is travelling by plane. I prefer to travel by plane because it is fast and comfortable. Besides, if you have a window seat, you can get a wonderful view of the beautiful cloudy sky.

(As for me, I like travelling and I travel quite a lot. I like all means of transport, but my favourite one is travelling by train. I  prefer to travel by train because it is safe and comfortable. Besides, it’s cheaper than travelling by plane.)

(As for me, I like travelling and I travel quite a lot. I like all means of transport, but my favourite one is travelling by car. I prefer to travel by car because I think it’s the most comfortable means of transport. You don’t have to buy tickets and carry heavy  luggage. You can stop wherever you wish and spend as much time as you like at any place.)

(As for me, I like travelling and I travel quite a lot. I like all means of transport, but my favourite one is travelling by ship. I prefer to travel by ship because it’s very exciting. If the weather is fine, you can relax on the large sun deck and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea.)

All in all, travelling allows us to experience many wonderful things. I feel that it is the best way to learn about other people and cultures.

The carrot is a root vegetable which consists mostly of water and sugar. The carrots that we eat today originated from the wild ones which grew in Europe and Asia. The vegetable tasted sweet and the people began to use it as food.

There are two main types of carrots. There are eastern carrots that have dark purple roots and western carrots with orange roots. In fact, orange carrots first appeared in Europe in 1721. Dutch farmers selected orange carrots because orange is the colour of the Dutch Royal Family. Now orange carrots are widely grown all over the world. In modern households carrots are cooked and eaten in different ways. The vegetable is boiled, fried, baked and eaten raw. People also make juice from it.

You are going to give a talk about TV. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and will speak for not more than 2 minutes.

Remember to say:

o   whether watching TV is still a popular pastime with teenagers, and why, or why not;

o   how many hours a week you watch TV;

o   what you dislike most about TV.

I’d like to give a talk about TV because this topic is part and parcel of our life.

Watching TV is still a popular pastime with teenagers for many reasons. Firstly, TV channels show a great variety of educational programmes that can help teenagers with schoolwork.  Secondly, television is a good source of relaxation for teenagers because they can enjoy watching their favourite cartoons, talent shows and comedies. Finally, sometimes by watching TV teenagers can find out what interests them and what type of work they want to do in the future.

As for me, I usually watch TV for an hour a day to find out what is happening in the world or to relax after a long day. So, on average, I would say, I spend six to seven hours per week watching TV. (I usually watch TV for an hour in the evenings when I have done my homework to relax after a long day. So, on average, I would say, I spend six to seven hours per week watching TV.) (As for me, I usually watch TV for an hour during the weekends when I have a lot of free time to relax after a long week. So, on average, I would say, I spend two to three hours per week watching TV).

I don’t like watching commercials on television. I find them silly and boring because they often give untrue information. What’s more, I think it’s very annoying when a film stops at the most interesting moment.

All in all, thanks to TV we get a great amount of information and it would be difficult for me not to have a television at home.

Since 2007 high-speed trains have become a common type of transport in Europe. They make it possible to cut travel times by hours. The trains travel at 350 kilometres an hour, and this is not the limit! The only problem for the engineers is the loud noise the trains produce. People living in the areas the trains travel through suffer from the noise greatly. For the passengers, the situation is different. For their comfort, all the carriages are made sound-proof from the inside. Travelling on high-speed trains is comfortable and pleasant. In the future, a high-speed railroad network could cover most of Europe. For example, a trip from Paris to Rome could take only 3 hours!

1.        How much time do you spend on the Internet every day?

I use the Internet every day for at least an hour. (I spend one or two hours a day surfing the Internet).

2.        What do you use the Internet for?

 I use the Internet to get information. It helps me with my homework. In my free time I like sharing photos with my friends and downloading movies. (downloading some music, playing games)

(I often browse the Internet to find necessary information for my studies.)

3.        What do you do in Information Technology or Computer Study lessons?

In our computer class we learn how to write computer programs, watch videos and play games as part of our lessons.

4.        Why are computer skills useful for everyone?

You can do almost everything with the help of a computer.  For example, using a computer is a very useful way to study because you have all the information you need from the Internet at your finger tips.

5.        What would you recommend to a person who spends too much time on the Internet?

I think you shouldn’t spend too much time sitting in front of the computer screen. This is very unhealthy and, as a result, you may become overweight.

6.        Why do young people spend so much time on the Internet now?

Young people can spend all day on the Internet because everything is on it. They can watch films, play games and read about their favourite pop stars. There are also social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. Teenagers can spend hours chatting to their friends.

You are going to give a talk about weather and seasons. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and will speak for not more than 2 minutes.

Remember to say:

o   which of the four seasons you like most, and why;

o   how the Earth’s climate has changed recently;

o   whether you trust the weather forecast, and why.

I’d like to give a talk about weather and seasons. There are four seasons in a year. They are winter, spring, summer and autumn.

My favourite season is winter because everything is beautiful when it snows. Besides, I can do lots of things in winter. My friends and I often go to the park and make a snowman. At the weekend, my family and I go skiing in the mountains. Winter is fantastic. It makes me feel happy.

             (My favourite season is spring because the weather is usually warm and sunny. Besides, in spring, I can spend a lot of time outdoors. I often ride my bicycle and play with my friends in the park. The countryside is lovely in spring, so my family and I often go on picnics on Sundays. I love spring. It makes me feel happy and energetic.)

              (My favourite season is summer because the weather is usually hot and sunny. Besides, in summer, I always go on holiday. In the morning, I swim in the sea and make sandcastles on the beach. In the afternoon, I go on picnics or ride my bicycle. I love summer. It makes me feel happy and relaxed.)

 (My favourite season is autumn because it’s cool and the trees change colour. Besides, in autumn, my mother always buys me a new bag, because school starts in September. My father collects the leaves from the garden. Sometimes I help him after school. At the weekends we often visit my grandmother. I like autumn very much. It makes me feel relaxed and happy.)

The way people live has changed the climate on our planet. Nowadays the temperature is rising. As a result, we do not have real Russian winter in Moscow any more. We also have more and more extreme and unpredictable weather such as heavy rain and snow, storms, heatwaves, droughts, more powerful hurricanes and tornadoes.

Speaking about weather forecasts, I want to say that I usually trust them because they use scientific methods to predict the weather. Of course, there are some mistakes. But most of the time predictions come true.

All in all, we must protect life on Earth and save our planet for the future.

Venus is one of the hottest planets in the Solar system. The temperature on its surface is 482 degrees. This unfriendly place looks much the same as the Earth 4 billion years ago. Both planets were formed from the same gas cloud, but Venus lost most of its water and atmosphere. This happened because the planet turns very slowly. As a result, now it has no magnetic field to protect it from the Sun's winds. The planet has turned into a lifeless desert. Most space modules that were sent to Venus, could not work on the planet more than two hours. The acidic clouds and high pressure quickly made them absolutely useless.

.

2.                    When did you start learning English?

I started learning English when I was 8.

3.                    What do you do in your English lessons?

In my English classes we have grammar and vocabulary drills, read texts, write tests, dictations, sing songs, play games in English, speak about different things, watch educational videos  and act out dialogues.

o         what you would like to change in your school life.

I’d like to give a talk about my school. I’m a student of Gymnasium №12 specializing in English. I’m in grade 8. I have been learning English for seven years.

I like my school because it provides good educational  opportunities for students. Firstly, we have 5 classes of English a week. We practise in reading, writing and speaking English in class. I am happy about the way I’m taught English because my teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable. Moreover, all students can learn German at my school. If I work hard at my foreign languages, I will have better career opportunities.

I like school, but I don’t like all my classes.  I find  Monday  the most difficult weekday. The first class is chemistry, and I don’t like chemistry because it’s hard. At  twelve o’clock  it’s maths. I don’t like maths either. It’s boring.

To my mind, our school needs an interactive whiteboard for each classroom and more computers. Interactive whiteboards, for example, will help students to focus and enjoy their lessons more. Besides, our playground  should be upgraded. This will help motivate students to get active.

All in all, I go to school with pleasure, because I like my school and my class.

Studies of the atmosphere first received technical support in 1912. Equipment to measure temperature and pressure was invented in Germany. But the question was how to raise it high into the air. In 1921, Russian engineers suggested using planes. The special equipment was put on planes that made regular flights. Thanks to this, scientists got a lot of new information about the structure of the atmosphere. Nowadays scientists use modern flying laboratories to study the structure of clouds at different levels. Unlike the first planes, these laboratories can work in any weather and are able to predict climate changes.

Remember to say:

o   what public holidays are celebrated in Russia;

o   what your favourite public holiday is, and why you like it;

o   how your favourite public holiday is celebrated in your city, town or village.

I’d like to give a talk about public holidays because this topic is part and parcel of our life.

 In my country there are a lot of public holidays. They are official holidays when people don’t have to go to work or to school because  banks, schools, and many businesses are closed for the day. The most popular public holidays are New Year Holiday, Country Defendant’s Day, Women’s Day, Victory Day and Russia Day.

My favourite public holiday is New Year Holiday or Novogodniye kanikuly. I like this holiday for many reasons. Firstly, I like decorating  the New Year tree with tinsel, baubles and fairy lights. Secondly, I am fond of buying and giving gifts to my relatives and to all my friends. Finally, I like this holiday very much because I always get lots of presents.

In my city, we celebrate New Year holiday from the 2nd  to the 8th of January. During these non-working days we invite our relatives and friends and we eat a big dinner together. Then, we play party games, sing songs, dance or go into the city to watch magnificent fireworks in the streets. The city is decorated with lanterns and it’s very busy. Everyone has fun and feels happy.

                 All in all, I think that public holidays are a part of our culture and we should try to keep up these traditions.

That’s all I can say about public holidays in Russia. Thank you for listening.

Wombats are exotic animals that only live in Australia. They have become an unofficial symbol of the country. In 1974 a wombat appeared on an Australian stamp for the first time. Since then it has been regularly used on different Australian stamps and coins. Wombats look like little bears and prefer grass to meat. They also love eating berries, plant roots and mushrooms. Like camels, wombats drink little water because there is enough water in fresh grass. Wombats spend most of their life in holes under the ground. With their strong arms and long nails they are able to dig very long and complex tunnels. Fortunately, wombats have few enemies in the animal world. Most wombats live around 15 years.

The word ‘tsunami’ can be translated from Japanese as ‘big wave’. It describes a natural process that can be dangerous for people and their homes. Most of the huge waves appear after earthquakes. Most waves are born in the Indian and the Pacific Oceans where volcanoes are active. The mass of water rises from the bottom of the ocean and moves to the shore. It moves at a speed of a plane and can be up to 40 meters high. The wave is very powerful and dangerous. In 2004, a tsunami happened in the Indian Ocean. It was one of most terrible natural disasters in history. It hit 14 countries bordering the Indian Ocean. Thousands of people were killed or went missing.

I think it’s important to keep fit for many reasons. Firstly, people try to get fit because everybody wants to live a long full life. Secondly, living a healthy lifestyle helps people soon get in shape and feel great. Finally, if you are fit and healthy, you will have better job opportunities.

5.        What would you advise a person who wants to keep fit?

First of all, if I were you, I would eat plenty of fish, fruit and vegetables. If you  follow a balanced diet, you won’t put on weight. What is more, the best thing for you would be to try not to eat so much junk food, sweets and so on. If you do this, your body won’t store so much sugar and fat. Another good idea is to join a gym and exercise regularly. This will mean that you’ll soon get in shape and feel fitter. Finally, you shouldn’t go everywhere by car or by bus. That way, your body won’t become lazy. Well, I hope you find my advice helpful. (Well, I hope my advice helps).

You should try and cut out unhealthy food from your diet like sweets, crisps and takeaway food. To be more fit, you could start exercising and have a weekly routine. You are going to give a talk about travelling. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and will speak for not more than 2 minutes.

Remember to say:

o   why most people enjoy travelling;

o   what people like doing while travelling;

o   what place you would like to go to, and why.

I’d like to give a talk about travelling because this topic is part and parcel of our life.

Travelling is a popular pastime and people travel for different reasons. Firstly, some people want to see other countries and continents, meet unique people and take in the local traditions. Secondly, by travelling you can study geography and practise foreign languages. Moreover, I think travelling is the best way to spend your holidays.

While travelling people find enjoyable different activities. To learn about the place they’re visiting they usually  start with the sightseeing trip. It’s educational, and it’s a good way to visit ancient places, museums and galleries and see a lot of sights in a short time.  People also like taking photographs of temples and shopping for souvenirs at the market. At the holiday  resort  they  like swimming in the sea, lying in the sun or taking part in water sports. In the evenings people like going to the local restaurants or cafes.

            I’d like to go to Paris because it is full of famous sights and historic buildings. Most famous of all are the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum. They are both definitely worth a visit.

                All in all, travelling allows us to experience many wonderful things. I feel that it is the best way to learn about other people and cultures.

Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales. It is located in a national park. It stands at 1085 metres above sea level, and it is often described as the busiest mountain in Great Britain. Snowdon is very popular with tourists. If you are strong and brave enough to get to the top, you can enjoy wonderful views from there. On a clear day, you can see as far as Ireland! During the summer months there is a café at the top. There, tourists can get a welcome cup of tea, or soup if the weather is cold. If you feel too tired to walk back, you can always take the train down the mountain. The mountain railway was built in 1896. It is safe, and there have never been any accidents on this route.

Remember to say:

o         what extreme  sports are popular nowadays;

o         about the rules and equipments for some particular sports;

o         whether you prefer doing extreme sports and why.

I’d like to give a talk about extreme sports because it’s an interesting and actual topic in our life.

Extreme sports like snowboarding, bungee jumping and quad racing are very popular nowadays. A lot of people take part in these sports because they are more exciting than sports like football, basketball and tennis.

You need to follow the rules when you do an extreme sport. For example, you have to be very careful and well-trained to avoid having an accident.  You also need equipment and clothes to be safe. In particular, you need an elastic rope to go bungee jumping. You need a four –wheeled motorbike and a helmet to go quad racing.

As for me, I am not a risk taker.  I wouldn’t like to try any extreme sports because most of them are very dangerous. Besides, they  can be very expensive, as the equipment costs quite a lot of money.

(As for me, I would like to try  bungee jumping because  I find it thrilling. What is more, I believe that extreme sports can help me forget my everyday problems.)

(I prefer doing extreme sports when I go on holiday. For example,  I find  bungee jumping exciting because it  makes me forget my everyday problems.)

All in all, I think  that extreme sports are fantastic but dangerous and you can’t do them every day.
