Lesson targets:  By the end of the lesson students will be able to create a recipe on a dish (including the name, the pictures of the dish, ingredients, method of preparing),  and  will be able to argue the choice.

Technologies: ICT technology, communicative learning technology, problem-based learning, critical thinking technology, project technology .

Equipment: dictionaries, a desktop, 1 laptop, the Internet, hand outs, flashcards,   Internet platforms Skysmart and Visper, phones.

 Students are divided into groups

Good morning. Nice to meet you. Take your seats. In some days we have the 23rd of February. Let’s prepare for it today.

Look at the board. Match the proverbs with their equivalents. Choose one of them and remember. Try to pronounce it.

Do you know the man? Look at the pictures and try to unite the man, the rabbit and the picture of the meal. Guess the topic of our lesson. (RECIPE)

It will be the topic of our lesson today.

What will be the aim of the lesson? So your lesson targets are: I can create a recipe and argue the choice. What are the criteria of the project?

 Go out to the bd  and discuss the criteria of the work (name the dish, picture in Shedevrum, ingredients, method, presentation (3 arguments and more), questions.

What is the name of the dish? What ingredients do we need to prepare the dish? Write the words into your notebooks. Discuss in pairs. Listen to the video and check up your answers. Open your books page 125 ex D Complete the table with the words.

Lists of self-assessment.

 

Can you make a recipe? Put a sign in self-assessment list.

Work in groups. You will have 10 m for  creating a recipe and argue it. (divide the roles in your groups) and prepare questions for checking understanding your work.

Present your ideas. Ask questions. Others are also to answer the question. What recipe would you like to choose and why? (Mistakes on lists)

 

Have you obtained the lesson target? Self-assessment of the group work.

Answer the question What have we done on the lesson? What would you choose for our party? Choose a proverb on the bd which is to the topic of the lesson and explain your choice.
