If you thought Valentine's Day is just about exchanging flowers, sweet treats, gifts, and cards, think again. While the origins of the celebration lie shrouded in mystery, some people attribute the celebration of Valentine's Day to the Lupercalia festival celebrated on February 15th in ancient Rome. A Play (The history of St. Valentine’s Day)
Alex: The story of Valentine’s Day begins in the third century with an oppressive emperor and a humble Christian martyr. The emperor was Claudius and the Christian was Valentine.
Alex: Valentine was sentenced to death. His sentence was carried out the next day. Valentine was buried at the Church of Praxedes in Rome. Julia herself , planted a pink- blossomed almond tree near his grave.

Instructions:1. We have 10 people here: 5 boys and 5 girls. Everyone is getting half of a broken heart. Find your matching half first.
2. Now we have 5 pairs. You will find the names of 2 people who were in love on your “broken hearts”. They are the main characters of very popular films, cartoons, or books.
3.Try to demonstrate with your body language ( don’t speak!) who these people are and the passengers of our bus have to guess the names of these romantic pairs.
