FOR THE PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES

"Lawyer for Everyone," hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor," represented by Sofia Nezhurina, on the one hand, and Varvara Kutnova, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," on the other hand, hereinafter also jointly referred to as the "Parties" and individually also as a "Party," have entered into this Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") as follows:

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. Under this Agreement, the Client instructs, and the Contractor undertakes to provide, the services stipulated by the Terms of Reference.

1.2. The Client undertakes to accept the services rendered and to pay for them in a timely manner.

2. COST OF SERVICES, TERMS AND PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT

2.1. The Contractor reserves the right to provide services in stages.

2.2 The total cost of services includes the initial service provision, expenses during service provision, and the end of service provision. The cost varies from 70,000 rubles (seventy thousand rubles) to 150,000 rubles (one hundred fifty thousand rubles).

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Payments must be made during the provision of the service or upon its completion.

3.2. Failure by the Client to comply with the procedure or deadlines for payment to the Contractor of any amounts stipulated by the Agreement shall entail liability for the Client in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

4. EARLY TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

4.1. This Agreement may be terminated at the initiative of the Client in the event of:

4.1.1. Disclosure of confidential information by the Contractor.

4.2. This Agreement may be terminated at the initiative of the Contractor in the event of:

4.2.1. Failure by the Client to fulfill obligations to accept and pay for services (services for individual stages) or other payments stipulated by the Agreement.

4.3. The Party initiating the termination of the Agreement must notify the other Party at least three (3) days prior to the intended date of termination.

5. OTHER CONDITIONS

5.1. If the service is rendered successfully, the Client is obligated to pay an additional amount of between 50,000 rubles (fifty thousand rubles) and 60,000 rubles (sixty thousand rubles) to the total cost of the service.
