В конце Сборника есть тематический указатель, с помощью которого можно быстро найти упражнения на каждое грамматическое правило.

Сборник рекомендуется преподавателям английского языка в качестве дополнительного пособия для отработки грамматики. Он также может быть использован учащимися и их родителями для самостоятельной работы.

ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРАВОПИСАНИЯ

1.              Конечная ”немая” -е перед -ing не пишется: take taking

2.              У односложных глаголов с кратким гласным звуком конечная буква удваивается: sit si"ing тип —+ rugging swim swimming get getting

По тому же правилу образуется йщ-форма глагола begin: begin begiuing

3.              Если глагол оканчивается на -у, то при добавлении окончания -ing буква -у не меняется независимо от того, стоит перед ней гласная или согласная.

     fly -» flying                        stay staying

4.              Если глагол оканчивается на -ie, то при добавлении окончания -ing буквосочетание -ie меняется на -у. lie —» lying tie tying

ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРАВОПИСАНИЯ

1.              В третьем лице единственного числа к первой форме глагола нужно добавить окончание -s: speak —>he speaks

2.              Если глагол оканчивается на -s, -sh, -ch, -0, то нужно добавить -es.

1 wish he wishes   go     he goes З. Если глагол оканчивается на -у и перед ней стоит согласная, то -у меняется на -i и добавляется -es. Г carry —+ he carries

Если перед -у стоит гласная, то ничего менять не нужно, достаточно поставить окончание -s.

4.            Образование Past Indefinite от п авильных глаголов

1.                Если глагол оканчивается на -е, то при добавлении окончания -ed буква е опускается, translate          translated

2.                Если глагол оканчивается на букву -у, деред которой стоит согласная буква, то при добавлении -ed буква у меняется на i. carry        carried

Обратите внимание: если перед -у стоит гласная, то никаких изменений не требуется. stay    stayed
