Yes, that’s right. So, today we are going to speak about travelling. The topic of our lesson
is “Travelling”. What is travelling?

people, making new friends, seeing different countries).

Let’s start with the countries. There are а lot countries in the world. What countries can you

Agent 1. I invite you to visit Australia. Australia. It is a very interesting country. You can
see the exotic birds, kangaroos, koalas, the Blue Mountains, The national Gallery. It has
more than 70000 art objects in its collection. Welcome to Australia!
Agent 2. I invite you to visit Egypt. It’s a very beautiful country. You can see deserts,

Agent 3. I invite you to visit the USA. It’s the most beautiful country. There are a lot of

the Washington Monument.
Agent 4 . I invite you to visit France. It’s a romantic country. Paris is the centre of the world

fashion. You will see the Eiffel Tower, Louvre lu .v ] and eat croissants. There is a
Disneyland there too, the dream of all children!
Agent 5 . I invite you to visit Great Britain. You can see the British Museum and the
Queen. There is a famous clock Big Ban in London. Welcome to the United Kingdom!

Транспорт When we speak about travelling we always mention the transport. People can’t
travel without transport. And how can we travel? А как мы будем путешествовать? We can
travel by… (учащиеся называют различные виды транспорта и, отвечая, проговаривают
грамматическую структуру)
That’s great. You have sheets of paper on your desks, please, take them. You’ll listen to the
sounds of transport means and write the word. Is the task clear for you? (учащиеся

The sightseeings of Astana T: Let’s work in groups. Each group has an envelopе. You can see the sightseeings of
Astana and cards with sentences. Choose and read sentences which describe your picture.
(учащиеся работают в группах, в конверте каждой группы 1 достопримечательность
Астаны и предложения с описанием достопримечательностей. Задача каждой группы
из предложенных предложений выбрать те, которые описывают данную
достопримечательность. If your group is ready just raise your hand up. Are you ready?
