VI. Speaking.
1. Monological speech (ex. 27, p. 29).
T e a c h e r . Talk about your favourite room in your flat. We’ll have a
competition. Who is the best in describing your favourite room? You can use
this plan in your story.

E x a m p l e : P1. There are three rooms in my flat. My favourite room is
our living room. It is comfortable and light. There are beautiful white

it. I like to sit in the armchair before the fireplace and read books.

T e a c h e r . Let’s look at your pictures. Praise your friend’s work and use
the following construction: Such a soft sofa! Such wonderful books!
