Приложение № 6. The Snowgirl­a Russian folk tale. An old man and old woman haven’t got any children. It’s winter  and it’s snowing. The old man comes to the yard and makes a  girl out of snow. She is beautiful and she smiles at the old man  and says: “I will be your daughter”. They go home together.  The old man and the old woman are very happy. They love their daughter and she loves them. She helps them a lot. She tidies the  house, cooks breakfast and dinner, lays the table, washes the  dishes, sweeps and washes the floor and waters the flowers. She  is very clever.  The snowgirl has got a lot of friends. It is spring now. It is warm and sunny. One day her friends come and say:  “Snowgirl, come with us! Let’s go for a walk in the forest! “.But she says:  “Oh, no, thank you! I can’t go for a walk. I’m not well”. But her friends say:   “Please, Snowgirl, come with us!” And they go to the forest. They make a fire and begin to jump  over the fire.Snowgirl jumps over the fire and the moment she is  above the fire she isn’t a girl any more.  Her friends look for her and shout:    “Snowgirl, where are you? We can’t find you!” But the Snowgirl doesn’t come and they go home without her.
