To analyse the previous test with the pupils. You had mistakes of that
test lets analyse them.
1. Word order .
2. In English word order plays an important part in the sensences.
Subject always stands at the ending or at the beginning of the
sentences.
For eg: Mark bought a present yesterday.
Subject+verb+object+adverbial
Work with cards.
Pupils give some own examples.
3. Position of adverbs of frequency/ word order of adverbs
Now at first name the adverbs. What are they?
Adverb of frequency
• Never
• Sometimes
• Always
• Usually
• Often
• Seldom
We can use Sometimes and Usually at the beginning and the ending of the
sentences. These adverbs are used always after auxiliary verb “To be”
Eg: I am never late Test 1
And now give me your own examples using these adverbs.
There are 5 Conditional sentences in English. They are: Zero Conditional, First
Conditional, Second Conditional, Third Conditional, Mixed Conditional.
