Agatha Christie
Agatha Christie wellknown as 'The Queen of Crime'. She was born in Torquay on 15
September 1890. Her full name is Agatha Mary Clarissa. Her early education took place at home
and at the age of 16 she was sent to a school in Paris to complete her education. She had always
enjoyed writing, from an early age her mother had encouraged her in the use of her extraordinary
vivid imagination. She was married twice. Her first novel 'The Mysterious Affair at Styles' was
published in 1920.
In her lifetime, she wrote 66 detective stories. Seventeen featured Miss Marple, over 40
featured Hercule Poirot. Agatha also wrote plays. The Mousetrap ran in London for over 30
years and she wrote six other novels under the name of Mary Westmacott. Agatha Christie was
invested as a Dame Commander of the British Empire in 1971. She died on 12 January 1976.

Rosa Rymbayeva
Rosa Rymbayeva was born on 28 October 1957 at the ZhangizTobe station in the East
Kazakhstan Province to a family of railway workers. She graduated from the faculty musical
dramatic comedy of theatricalartistic institute in Almaty (1984). From 1976 to 1979, she was a
soloist in the republican youthpop band "Gulder" ("Flowers"), and from 1979 in a pop band
"Arai", managed by her husband T.Okapov. Since 1979, a soloist of Kazakhconcert, the main
republican concert.
She also combines as a teacher of Republic popcircus college. The winner of various
international contests of pop singers (1977 Sopot, Bulgaria: Golden Orpheus, 1979, Istanbul,
Turkey). The winner of grandprix of "Gala83" international contest in Cuba. Her repertoire
includes songs of Kazakh and foreign composers, along with the works of modern composers
performs national songs in a peculiar interpretation. The artist is recognised as the Prima
donna considering her popularity within in Kazakhstan and the CIS countries. Roza Rymbayeva
became the people's artist at the age of 28. in 2005 Roza Rymbayeva get star on the Star
Square in Moscow.

Ivan Shishkin
Shishkin was born in Yelabuga of Vyatka Governorate (today Republic of Tatarstan) and
graduated from the Kazan gymnasium. Then he studied at the Moscow School of Painting,
Sculpture and Architecture for four years. After that, he attended the Saint Petersburg Imperial
Academy of Arts from 1856 to 1860 and graduated with the highest honours and a gold medal.
He received the imperial scholarship for his further studies in Europe.
Five years later Shishkin became a member of the Imperial Academy in St. Petersburg
and was professor of painting from 1873 to 1898. At the same time, Shishkin headed the
landscape painting class at the Highest Art School in St. Petersburg.
He also took part in exhibitions at the Academy of Arts, the AllRussian Exhibition
in Moscow (1882), the Nizhniy Novgorod (1896), and the World Fairs (Paris, 1867 and 1878,
and Vienna, 1873). Shishkin's painting method was based on analytical studies of nature. He
became famous for his forest landscapes and was also an outstanding draftsman and
