presentation. You can see the English proverbs about health. But you must connect the two parts

2.1 . At our previous lessons we began speaking about good and bad habits and what to
do to keep fit. Now it’s time to check up if you remember the main rules of a healthy
lifestyle. I have prepared a short test for you. You have to fill in the suitable words

make up a project “What we should do to keep fit”, the second group will make up a
project “What shouldn’t we do to keep fit” You will work for 45 minutes. Don’t forget
to think about how to present your project.

2.3. Yes, children, there are too many factors which harm our health. I suppose you will
agree with me that smoking. taking alcohol and taking drugs are the worst of them. Danil
has prepared the presentation for you about the influence of these bad habits to our
health. Let’s listen to him and watch his presentation.

3.1 Now I see you know what to do to be healthy and fit. So, you can give advice to
other people. I prepared you a short story about the daily routine of one Englishman.
Read the story and give your recommendation what he should change in his lifestyle.
George Smith smokes 40 cigarettes a day. He gets up late every morning, and
drives to a café in the next street. He has a big breakfast and takes three spoons of
sugar in his tea. Then he drives to the pub, and has 3 or 4 pints of beer before a big
lunch. He never has any fruit after his lunch, because he prefers to have cake or
sweets. The only exercise he gets is when he walks upstairs for his afternoon sleep.
Later, he has a few more pints of beer and a big dinner, and then he watches
television till midnight. At 2.00 he goes to bed, has a few last cigarettes, and goes
to sleep with all his windows closed.
