Цели занятия:
Образовательная:
в ходе творческой, самостоятельной индивидуальной и групповой работы
активизировать и развивать знания студентов о роли спорта и здоровом образе
жизни.
Развивающие:
развивать навыки неподготовленной монологической и диалогической речи,
чтения и аудирования;
формировать навыки самостоятельного анализа и оценки предлагаемой
информации.
Воспитательная:
воспитывать активную жизненную позицию, ответственное отношение к
своему здоровью, осознанное отношение к жизни.
Оснащение: ТСО магнитофон, кассета, ноутбук и мультимедийный
проектор с экраном, раздаточный материал.
Ход занятия:
1.Организационный этап. Установка на хорошее настроение и активное
участие в ходе учебного занятия с использованием музыкального фона.
2.Просмотр презентации о здоровом образе жизни. Групповая работа –
«Что такое здоровый образ жизни?» – обсуждение с использованием речевых
образцов:

Most people in Great Britain are real sportlovers. Even if they don't go in for
sport, they like to talk about it. Many kinds of sport have taken the origin in
Great Britain. Cricket, football, rugby, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash,
canoeing and snooker were invented in Britain.
Britain's national sport is football or soccer. Nowadays it has become the
most popular game all over the world. There is no national football team in
Great Britain. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have their
separate football clubs, which compete in European and World Cup matches.
English football fans are fond of most exciting games which are held between
teams from the same city. For example, between Manchester United and
Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea from London. There are plenty of
amateur association football clubs. Many schools form their own football teams,
offering students an opportunity of entering prestigious universities according to
their sport achievements.
There is a certain type of football called rugby. As well as common football it
is a game played by two teams of fifteen players each. The game takes place on
a field 100 metres long and 80 metres wide. There are goal posts at both ends of
the field. Rugby is played with an oval or eggshaped ball which can be carried
by hands and kicked. The ball is passed from hand to hand in order to be thrown
across the goal line. It is a rather violent game, that is why the players must be big and strong. Another requirement for the players is to wear helmets, masks
and chest and shoulder padding.
Cricket is a popular summer sport in Britain. There are many cricket clubs in
the country. One cricket game takes a terribly long time. There are two teams of
11 players each and test matches between national teams can last up to 5 days.
The game is played on a pitch with a wicket at each end. The rules of the game
have changed over the years. Cricket is more popular among men, but it is also
played by women and girls.
Tennis is another favourite sport of the Englishmen. People all over the world
know Wimbledon which is the centre of lawn tennis. It is the oldest tennis
tournament in the world considered by many people to be the most prestigious.
It takes place over two weeks in late June and early July. Wimbledon is known
for its traditions — strict white dress code for competitors, the absence of
sponsor advertising around the courts and some others. Every tennis player
dreams of taking part at this tournament.
Golf is a game of business community. In Great Britain it is very common to
establish good business relations playing golf. The equipment for this game is
quite expensive as well as the entrance to a prestigious golf club, so not
everyone can afford it. Golf is a ball and golf stick game played on a natural
field. In this game one has to knock a ball into a hole.
There are a lot of other popular sports in Great Britain, for example,
horseracing, croquet, swimming, running, cycling and rowing.

Paul: I play in our football team. So I simply have to keep fit. Playing football is
hard work today. You have to train a lot. Once or twice a week I get up early in the
morning and go for a run in the woods. At first I felt after running for only ten
minutes. But I soon got used to it. Today after half an hour’s run I feel fine.
Monica: I don’t really do anything just to keep fit. But I get a lot of exercise doing
things I enjoy. I belong to the school gym club, and I go skating at our ice rink. It
helps me to feel cheerful after a hard day at school. And it gives me plenty of
exercise. Now we’ve got a now PE teacher at school. He’s going to start a
badminton club, which sounds fun. So I think I shall try that – though I hardly
imagine where I shall find the time.
Andrew: My case is a bit different. A year ago I went through an operation. I had
to lie in bed for a long time. Now I’m still not strong enough. To be quite honest I
didn’t very much care for sports and games before. Unlike most boys of my age, I sometimes even stayed away from PE lessons at school. Now things have changed.
I get as much exercise as possible. I have to. What, then, can I do to keep fit? A lot.
I play tennis, for instance. On my doctor’s advice I’ve begun to lift weights to
strengthen my arms. What I like best, however, is swimming. I hope I’ll soon quite
well again.
Ann: As for me, I am fond of playing tennis. When I was 7, my parents took me to
the tennis club in our district. I have a brilliant coach. I go to the tennis club 2
timesаweek. I think I am good at playing tennis. I often take part in sport
competitions. Moreover, I want to keep fit and be healthy. Every morning I go in
for jogging. I prefer to go in for swimming in summer. I can not live without
physical activity because it is very important for my health.

образа жизни:
1.Go in for sports. Be in a good physical shape.
Be friendly, kind and cheerful.
Air the rooms in your flat and in the classroom.
Spend a lot of time outdoors.
Keep to a healthy diet.
Don’t eat too much sweets and fat food.
Eat more fruit and vegetables.
Never smoke and drink alcohol.
2.To keep fit and strong, you should do sports regularly.
You should take a cool shower, clean your teeth two times a day and eat healthy
food.
Eat for living, not live for eating.
Wash your hands before eating and after street.
Never be upset but joyful and active.
Enjoy fresh air and physical activity. 3.9 ways to grow old and stay young:
Regular exercises and physical activity.
Eat for health.
Limit alcohol and smoking.
Control your weight.
Take care of your skin.
Enjoy fresh air.
Keep fit, live in motion.
Leave aside negative emotions.
Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables.
4.Don’t be sad and angry.
Have only positive emotions.
Be busy and active, have many hobbies and interests.
Find joy and pleasure in every day life.
Be helpful and kind to people, avoid conflicts and stresses.
Do sports and physical activity.
5.If you have a headache or a cold, you should take hot tea or milk, take a
temperature and call a doctor.
If you have a necessary medicine, take it.
If you feel bad, go to bed.
If you are ill, air the room and eat fresh fruit and vegetables.
If you don’t want to be ill, walk outdoors and take a cool shower.
Be active, cheerful and happy. 14.Подведение итогов урока. Символическое награждение студентов за
хорошие спортивные результаты и работу на уроке. Пожелание дальнейших
успехов в учебе и спорте. Выставление оценок, их комментирование
