N.- Once upon a  time there   was a house. Near the house there was a plot. In that house there was a family.

GF. - Hello, I am Grandfather; I live in this house with Grandmother. We have got Granddaughter and Grandson. I like to work on the plot and grow vegetables.

GM. - Hello everyone, I am Grandmother; I live in this house with Grandfather. We have got Granddaughter and Grandson. I don’t work on the plot. I have a lot of work about the house.

GD. – Hi, I am Granddaughter. I am very happy. My Grandfather and Grandmother love me very much. I always help them to water flowers. I like to play with my friends very much too.

GS. - Hello, I am Grandson. I live with my Grandparents and sister. I help Grandfather to look after trees and dig the plot.

D. – Bow- Wow! I am Doggy. It is so nice to live here! Granddaughter gives bones to me. I can run and jump, or play tag in the yard.

C. – Meow. Meow Meow.  I am Pussy.  I enjoy being here. It is funny to play hide-and-seek with the mouse or run away from the dog. Granddaughter gives milk to me.

K. - Meow. Meow.  Meow. I am Kitty.  It’s such a fun here! Everyone is friendly. I am not afraid of the dog. Doggy is my friend.  I enjoy playing with the Mouse. Granddaughter gives me milk. Grandson treats me with some fish.

M. –Squeak. Squeak.  Squeak. I am a little mouse. Everybody loves me in this house. The cat does not catch me. I play with my friend Kitty.

N. - In front of the house there was a flower-bed. There were many flowers there. Granddaughter looked after the flowers and watered them.

 F1-  I am Rose.

 F2.- I am Daisy.

 F3- I am Tulip.

 F4- I am Carnation.

 F5.- I am Violet.

N. - One day Grandfather went to the plot and planted a turnip. The turnip grew very fast. At first it was small like a tennis ball. Then it grew bigger and bigger. And grew as big as grandfather’s head. It’s time to pick it up.

-Grandfather came to pick the turnip, pulled and pulled but couldn't pull it up!
He called Grandmother.

GF.- Grandmother, dear, come here to help me, please.

N- Grandmother came and pulled Grandfather, Grandfather pulled the turnip. They pulled and pulled but couldn't pull it up! So they called Granddaughter.

GM- Granddaughter, dear, come here to help us, please.

N. - Granddaughter came and pulled Grandmother, Grandmother pulled Grandfather, Grandfather pulled the turnip. They pulled and pulled but couldn't pull it up! Now they called Grandson

- Grandson came and pulled Granddaughter, Granddaughter pulled Grandmother, Grandmother pulled Grandfather, and Grandfather pulled the turnip. They pulled and pulled but couldn't pull it up! That’s why they called the Dog.

GF.GM.GD.GS –Doggy, dear, come here to help us please.

N. - Doggy came and pulled Granddaughter, Granddaughter pulled Grandmother, Grandmother pulled Grandfather, Grandfather pulled the turnip. They pulled and pulled but couldn't pull it up! This time they called the Cat.

GF.GM.GD.GS.D. - Pussy, dear, come here to help us.

N. - Pussy came and pulled Doggy, Doggy pulled Granddaughter, Granddaughter pulled Grandmother, Grandmother pulled Grandfather, and Grandfather pulled the turnip. They pulled and pulled but couldn't pull it up! This time they called the Kitten.

GF.GM.GD.D.C - Kitty, dear, come here to help us.

N. -  Kitty came and pulled Pussy, Pussy pulled Doggy, Doggy pulled Granddaughter, Granddaughter pulled Grandmother, Grandmother pulled Grandfather, and Grandfather pulled the turnip. They pulled and pulled but couldn't pull it up!

And they called the mouse.

GF.GM.GD.GS. D. C. K – Mouse, dear, come here to help us.

N. - Mouse came and pulled Kitty, Kitty pulled Pussy, Pussy pulled Doggy, Doggy pulled Granddaughter, Granddaughter pulled Grandmother, Grandmother pulled Grandfather, and Grandfather pulled the turnip.
They pulled and pulled and pulled and pulled the turnip up!

 How happy they were! They began to sing and dance around the Turnip.
