More than 100 years before the signing of the Declaration
Of Independence the law, required all communities to hire schoolmasters, was passed.
In 1693 Harvard was founded.
In 1862 - Morrill Act.
By the end of the Civil War, in 1865, education was becoming available to all.

Elementary school | Math, reading, writing, oral communications, history, geography, culture, science, health, safety, music, art, physical education. |
Secondary school | Math, reading, writing, oral communications, history, geography, culture, science, health, safety, music, art, physical education +SUPPLEMENTED, ELECTIVE courses. |
High | It’s similar to that of Secondary school, but students study each subject with a different teacher and subjects more specialized. |

9.00 a.m. – Pupils move to lessons
9.05 a.m. – Lesson 1
9.45 a. m. – Lesson 2

11.25 a.m. – Pupils move to lessons
11.30 a.m. – Lesson 4
12.10 p.m. – Lesson 5

Any person after high school or college may enter a university, but all high education here is paid for. To enter a university you do not need to take any more exams, because ACT (American College Testing) and SAT (Stanford Achievement Test) are taken in high school.
