M3 Learning think critically M6 Assessment for and of learning M7 Management and leadership of learning Course of the lesson 1 Organization of class Good afternoon.  I Motivation I am glad to see you at today`s master class. Today I am going to use several new methods in teaching  English especially in working with the text. Theme of our master class is ‘new method and way of  learning’.  At first I want to divide you in two groups with the help of sticks. Come and take by one stick. If your  stick is blue­ take place where is written the group blue. If your stick is red then take place where is  written the group red.  Ok and now let me explain you method of estimation. On the black board you can see the open register  where I`ve written the names of the group. For every correct answer I`ll put by one smiles. Realization The first Method is word bank. The aim of this method is develop pupils` critical thinking. On the blackboard you can see words and  pictures. You must by critical thinking guess the meaning of the word and match the pictures with the  sticks. 8 min The second Method is picture dictation.  I`ve prepared for this round the text where some words are missing. The task is complete the text with  the pictures and then read and translate. For this round you have got just  5 minutes. Didactic materials and equipments Textbook/cards/tables/pictures/bricks 5 min 10 min 8 min 3 min 2 min The third Method is Six hats of Edward de­Bono The method six hat has got six different purpose. As we have got just two groups we will use two of  them. White hat and red hat. White hat – is search just facts, information. Red hat – is search just feelings and emotions The task is each group must search information from the text according to the color of the hat. The fourth Method bricks The aim of the method bricks is to involve pupils into communicative activities. That`s why on the each  side of the bricks I`ve prepared questions according to the text “Survival”. For two group I have got two  bricks red to the red group, blue to the blue group. The fifth method is Venn Diagram The aim of this method is to develop pupils logical thinking.  On the paper you can see Venn Diagram. You should complete it. To the side where is written Brian  Robinson write facts about him. To the other side write facts about you. And between them common  things.    Reflex ion The last method is Blub tree.
