Putin

One of the most outlandish and specific dishes of the country. It came from French Canada. This is french fries under pepper meat sauce with crunchy curd makers.

Tourtiere St-Jean

It differs in that several types of meat are usually put into it. The dough is the most common – chopped. The cake is preparing at low temperature 120 C for 6 hours.

Beaver Tails

It’s flattened donuts without a hole. Can be served with sugar, Nutel and a variety of other sweets.

Cream cake

One of the main dishes of the early Canadian cuisine and it can be traced to the turn of the century. The dessert consists of a delicate crisp and a soft filling of butter, sugar and egg mixture.

Montreal style smoked meat

Made by salting and keeping beef brisket in herbs. The brisket is left for a week so that it’s fed with tastes, then it’s smoked in a hot way and doused with stream to bring it to readiness.
