Цель урока: познакомить обучающихся с творчеством У. Шекспира, Шекспировским театром, столицей Великобритании – Лондоном.
Задачи урока:
1. Образовательная – развитие лингвистических способностей; расширение знаний о культуре Великобритании; развитие мотивации к изучению английского языка; активизация актуального словарного запаса на русском языке и английском языке.
2. Воспитательная – приобщение к человеческим ценностям, взращивание личностных качеств, таких как толерантность и уважение в отношении к культуре своего и других народов через содержание учебного материала; содействие позитивному эмоционально-ценностному отношению к литературе; содействие формированию патриотических чувств;
3. Развивающая – развитие психических процессов (воображения и восприятия), лингвистических способностей и интеллектуального потенциала; дальнейшее овладение культурой речью на родном языке и на английском языке; удовлетворение личных познавательных интересов; содействие развитию эстетического вкуса, культуры речи; развитию интереса к изучению иностранного языка, литературы, искусства; воспитанию культуры общения, потребности в самовоспитании.

1. Today, we are going to the richest city on the planet, to the world capital of culture.
2. This is the capital of Great Britain – London.
3. This is an amazing world that many foreign tourists see first from the plane, marveling at the zigzag line of the Thames River and the beauty of the numerous bridges.

4. Our first visit is to the Queen.

8. Precise movements, beautiful horses, and national hymns.
9. If you go to London for a while, then first of all you should visit Westminster Abbey.
10. English monarchs are crowned, get married and are put to rest here.
11. In the Poet’s Corner, there are the tombs of Shakespeare, Chaucer, and Eliot.
12. Here is the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and also the memorial of Winston Churchill.
13. The touristic centre of London is, of course, Trafalgar Square.
14. Once, the Royal Mews used to be here.
15. Now, it’s the place where concerts, festivals and Christmas and New Year celebrations are held.
16. Every local resident knows that this is the monument to legendary Admiral Nelson.
17. He won the Trafalgar Battle which defeated the French fleet in 1805.
18. Here is the monument to Queen Victoria near Buckingham Palace.
19. She created a democratic monarchy during her long reign.

Solun: Hi, Mergen! Would you like to go to the Shakespeare Theatre tomorrow?

Solun: Ты абсолютно прав. Наш Аржан ведь тоже выступает там… Он поёт сонеты Шекспира на
музыку Микаэла Таривердиева. Разве это не великолепно?
Mergen: Интересно будет увидеть Аржана на театральных подмостках Англии…
Solun: Уверен, он, как всегда будет на высоте.
Mergen: Of course, bye…

Solunai: That’s marvelous. Who’s the conductor?
Solun: Frankly speaking, I don’t know.
Karina: I suppose we’ll certainly enjoy the performance, because English actors are always at their best.
Solunai: One can’t deny the fact that Shakespeare is an outstanding playwright.
Karina: I think that there are always lots of encores at these performances.
Emma: Right you are. Our English actors are always a great success with the public. A tremendous populiarity accompanies their performances on the opera and concert stage in all the cities they go on a guest tour.

прозвучат и в исполнении российского певца Аржана Тоёдова. А слова их
положены на музыку выдающегося советского композитора Микаэла

Ladies and gentlemen! I am happy because I can participate in the performance and sing you three

оживают и начинают свою жизнь здесь, на этой сцене…

Мэтьюз будет весьма и весьма перекликается с романтичным Возрождением…

Лена: Мы непременно потанцуем, Рита. И вдохновит нас на это хореографическая группа
Шекспировского театра The Dream.
Rita: Мечта… So… Pavane…
Лена: Паванна…, танец, который многие танцмейстеры называют как «танец павлина», а
исполнялся он величественно, торжественно, в виде парадного шествия с
поклонами и реверансами, поскольку считался придворным танцем.

Лена: Сколько грации и величавости…

Rita: Right you are… And now… Bourre. Quite another style!
Лена: Да, бурре - это совсем другой стиль. Когда-то французские дровосеки и
виноградари использовали особые прыжки, которые помогали им уминать
хворост. Эти же движения они использовали и в танцевальных па.
А вскоре танец стал придворным.
Посмотрим же…

Rita: Thank you! What a pity, but we are to finish our concert!
Лена: Жаль, что наш концерт подошёл к концу, но мы будем ожидать новых встреч и
готовиться к ним, не так ли Рита?
Rita: You are absolutely right!
Лена: А сейчас мы предоставим слово гостю из России!

I am a Russian student and I am privileged to be at today’s premiere. The audience was going to burst into stormy applause every second of the performance and this fact means that the acting was really superb. The actors stirred the spectators, and as to me, I am simply in raptures. All these performers are great teachers for us. Thank you very much!
