My great-grandfather was born on the 28th of July in 1913 in a simple peasant family. When the Great Patriotic war began, he was called to the Soviet Army to fight the enemy.
Unfortunately we don’t know much about his fighting path
Unfortunately we don’t know much about his fighting path. He got a concussion and couldn’t remember the war period. Besides he didn’t like talking about it.

In March 1943, he was badly wounded and received concussion (a head wound)
In March 1943, he was badly wounded and received concussion (a head wound). After being in the hospital he returned home. He could not work anymore, he was engaged in farming, he loved taking care of animals, without which not a single peasant farmstead could manage, and he also liked to go to the forest to gather berries and mushrooms.
