• Lipetsk was founded in 1703 by
Peter the Great. Nowadays the
population of the city is more than
510 thousand people. It is a cultural,
indusial and scientific center because
there are a lot of plants and
factories. Lipetsk is one of the
oldest bath resorts which was built
in 1805. There are 21 bridges . The
first bridge was built in 1948. Only 3
bridges have their names.
