Цель: Развитие навыков устной речи по теме, закрепление употребления времен в Passive Voice.

Тип урока по теме: урок обобщения

ЗАДАЧИ:

Учебная: расширение и углубление культурологических знаний

Развивающая: развитие навыков языковой реакции

Воспитательная: формировать уважение к культуре, истории, традициям, обычаям, нравам стран изучаемого языка, а также уважение к национальной культуре; формировать умение работать в коллективе.

Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, презентация к уроку, карточки-«карты» урока

ХОД УРОКА

1.      Организационный момент

Teacher: Good morning, children! I am glad to see you. First, let` s choose the motto of our lesson.

a)      Where there is a will, there is a way. (Где хотенье, там уменье)

b)      A good beginning makes a good ending. (Хорошее начало полдела откачало)

c)      Self-done is well done. (Сделал сам-сделал хорошо)

2.      Warm-up:

Let` s start with some questions. Ann ask Ravil if he likes holidays. Ravil ask Vova what holiday he likes best. Vova ask Lena if she celebrates Christmas. Did you guess what` s the topic of our lesson? (Holidays)

Problem question: What unite all nations in celebrations?

I` m sure you like poems. Read some poems and put in the name of the holiday.

We are glad and very gay.                                                          Roses are red

We all dance, sing, and say:                                                        Violets are blue

“Merry, merry,--------Day!”                                                        Sugar is sweet

3.      Now tell me when and where different holidays are celebrated. And what kind of holiday it is. F. g.: Victory Day is celebrated on the 9 of May in Russia and Kazakhstan. It is a public holiday.

4.      Now you will read sentences and say what holiday they describe.

1). People color eggs and present as a symbol of endless life.

2). When people celebrate it they sing “Happy Birthday to you”.

3). People organize wedding parties.

4). Men usually give flowers to women.

5). Children put their stockings near the bed and find presents in the morning.

6). People eat a roast turkey.

7). People organize military parades.

8). People present cards and sweets.

9). People make fancy costumes and put them on.
